In times of war, conflicts and natural disasters, it is always the children who are hit the hardest. The consequences are enormous for children caught in the crossfire of war, or who lose their homes or familiy in a natural disaster. This is the case right now in Ukraine, where millions of children are affected by the war, and in Türkiye and Syria, where thosands are left homeless while the region is experiencing freezing weather and snowstorms.
